We offer FREE estimates on new installation.  We will come to your home at no charge and give you a proposal. Give us a chance to bid on your new Air Conditioning and Heating installation as we are very competitive in price.  Being in business for so long, we get price breaks directly from the manufacturer. We are performing Spring check-ups at this time as the hot season is fast approaching.  Just like our car needs oil changes every 3000 miles, our Air Conditioning system needs a check-up twice a year in the Spring and Fall to operate safely and efficiently.  This will reduce expenses in the long-term for repairs and avoid water leaks through your ceiling. The check-up is $55 per system and $20 for each additional system in the same address.  We check thoroughly the outside unit for normal function of compressor, fan motor, and electrical components.  In the attic, we check the evaporator coil, drain pan, and drain lines.  Check freon pressures for any possible leaks.
